Watched the Today Show this morning and learned that the "hunger hormone" is triggered when you don't get enough sleep. About 7 1/2 hours of sleep is the ideal amount most women need to be well-rested. "Getting enough sleep is as important as the food you put into your mouth," according to the Today Show's medical correspondent. If you're anything like me, you find it virtually impossible to get enough sleep between work, the kids, the husband and all the other things that need to get done. If you do get enough sleep, please tell me how you do it. I'm not sure when the last time is that I got 7 1/2 hours all at one time, but I'm starting that diet ... tonight!
