I've had this happen where I am out and about and can't find a particular store or restaurant, or I want to call ahead to check hours or stock. A SugarLandMOM.com reader suggests texting 466453 with some details (name of the business, city, state, cross streets if you have them) and – voila! – Google sends you a text back in seconds with all the info you need! Sometimes, you will get a couple of texts if there are several locations of a particular business or something. It's all free from Google but standard texting rates apply, depending on what your service plan is.
